We believe our customer’s should have full knowledge of all costs for a repair BEFORE the repair begins. That is why we implemented our Customer Assurance Pricing. This simple 2-step process eliminates the worries of hidden costs and “trip charges”, and insures “up-front” repair quotes.


Step One – Diagnostic Fee


This one time charge covers travel to your home and the diagnosis of your problem. No matter where you live or how long it takes us to diagnosis your problem, you pay nothing else until YOU decide to.



Step Two - Task Pricing


Task pricing allows us to quote the complete price for the necessary repair before we begin. This allows you to make an informed decision and eliminates the worries of “We charge by the hour and we’re not sure how long the repair will take.”


 

HELPFUL HINTS
TIPS FOR BETTER EFFICIENCY

• Don't stack things on top of the unit. If the fan is on the top the air-flow cannot be restricted. Do not put your rolled-up garden hose or landscaping products on the unit. We see this all the time.

• When mowing the lawn, direct the mower away from the unit. A coil blocked with grass clippings and debris drastically reduces the efficiency.
