Home Warranty Scheduling Process

arrow Call - After contacting your Home Warranty provider a Work Order will be sent to our Dispatch Department.

This can take upwards of 4 hours during normal business hours - Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm.

arrow ScheduIing - After we receive the work order form your Home Warranty provider we begin the process of matching a techniican with an open time slot.

This can take upwards of 4 hours during normal business hours - Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm.

arrow Scheduled - A Piedmont Mechanical Representative will contact you by phone within 4 hours to confirm a scheduled time during normal business hours.

arrow Relax - Once we confirm that your problem is covered by your home protection plan, rest easy. The technician will repair the covered item if possible, or replace if necessary.
